last weekend we had our fair on at Claremont, as the friday was Anzac day we opened the fair at twelve o'clock, lucky for me my sister Jacky came and helped me, OMG the people came swarming in, it was bedlum but great. We had a lot of different people throught that must have come to Perth for the Dawn parade, lots of new faces. The fair goes for three days finishing at 4.30 sunday, then bedlum again as everyone packs up. Heres a couple of photo's of my stall, I like all the vintage stuff as you can see.
I use mostly linens and cottons in my clothing, made for comfort and ease of wearing. Made for the women who wants to be different and stand out in a crowd. I also make mostly one of a kind jewellery pieces using mixed metals, vintage findings and repurposed pieces. email me at pippa.47@hotmail.com if you need any more information.
Sweet Salvaged Designs.
Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.
