Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

my wonderful holiday is over.

I have now arrived back from my trip to France and England, I spent a wonderful month with my little sister in France and two weeks on my own in London and Scotland. What a trip, every thing went so well, even managed to speak a few words in French and learnt a few more as well.

We started off going to Lille, they have a huge festival once a year and its like one huge garage sale, all the streets in the old part of the town are blocked off and any one can have a stall, lots and lots of Antiques and fabulous stuff we only see in the magazines, so many treasure's so little bag space.
