Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

some wonderful finds

I also found these superb tophats, got 4 in total and 3 of them fold down for when the gentlemen went to the opera or such. Had a job carrying the one home that didn't fold down, but hey can't let that stop you aye.
A geogous little pair of boys shoe, the soles are made of wood, and the top is leather, I found these in Paris.

I have my fair on this weekend so have been flat out making some more jewelry pieces using as much vintage finds as I can, I really enjoy making jewelry.
Our fair is held only 3 times a year so its nice to catch up with all the other stall holders and the customers that visit on a regular basic, its a nice social thing and I always enjoy doing it, am usually pretty knackered at the end though, am also getting older too.
