Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

Do you all make new years resolutions?

I think every Christmas I have new year resolutions, mostly I don't stick to them but this year I want to revamp, declutter, re purpose and generally stop buying on impulse. I have started and listed some bigger items on ebay and sold them so am off to a good start I feel. Now I have the urge to revamp and make over my bedroom, so thats started so what do you think. The lovely old crosses were brought in France and the long wooden rosary also, its made of wood to so had a few giggles from the customs people.
More photo's to come later.

I love it! We have a collection of crosses on our living room walls. It looks peaceful and conducive to restful sleep. Way cool.
