Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

York's soul and jazz festival.

This coming weekend my sister and I are doing a fair up in York , it is the soul and jazz festival and is held once every year so should be a lovely weekend. York is such a nice place, quite quaint and charming. I have made two new pieces for it.

This piece has a resin image in an old watch case with various rosary beads, old french charms and large handforged linked chain.

This piece has a handmade pendant with a portrait of a medieval
lady, vintage rosaries beads and a vintage shell brooch.
