Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

Happy New Year to all.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a great new year. I was going to do so much on my break, but no it didn't happen, our weather was so hot, I ate too much and generally did not feel like it. But come Monday after my usual clean up and put Christmas decorations away I got into some new pieces. These two booklet pendants have been etched and the cross carefully cut out ( with no breakage of saw blades)

I love using these images in my pieces, I have added the crown charm above the bezel. What do you think.
