Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

Alex and Leonie, thank you my friends from Tassie.

Here we are with our huge baggage waiting for the bus to take us into Ararat then onto the train into Melbourne. A big thank you to Alex and Leonie for taking me under there wings, we went to two galleries and even played petanque together with Alex leading the way, I have never played this before but was a lot of fun. We had a barbeque afterwards. The weather was perfect, cool mornings and beautiful sunny days, I missed a lot of the dreaded heat in Perth.
