Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

8 days in Hong Kong.

Ian and I just had a great time in Hong Kong, walked so much, shopped so much, this place is amazing for the buildings that have gone up in 5 years since I was last there. I managed to find a delightful pair of ladies shoes circa 1900, for the bound feet. I will take a photo for my next blog entry.
whooo and I thought we were overweight. I'm sorry but I had to take this photo, at the airport going home I couldn't get over this scene, all going somewhere in Africa I think.
Hong Kong from the star ferry at night.
and Hong Kong harbor during the day.
