Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

old dress patterns make lovely dresses.

This little dress on my child's mannequin is made from old paper dress patterns, its such a lovely sepia color already. We have our Vintage Market in less than two weeks http://missjohnsonsvintageandhandmademarket.blogspot.com/ and I am doing some decorations for my stall display, I have more ideas to come so will post them as they are made.
We have a great range of stall holders lined up, its shaping up to be a great market. Come visit us if you can and spread the word.
