Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

Some new pieces I have been working on for Claremont next weekend.

I will be at the Claremont showgrounds for 3 days next week, Friday to Sunday at the treasured craft and collectables show, if you get a chance come say hello, I am upstairs against the wall and on your left as you come up.

Some pieces in my rustic, industrial look. I love working with these pieces, or though they are very hard on the hands as all the links are handforged by myself. This one has the vintage timbles, old beads and an old key that says "gas"

This one is made with a vintage purse that has "german silver" stamped inside and the name " Mrs L Gibbs " engraved on the frame. It also has a lovely delicate mother of pearl vintage cross, rosary beads and some moonstone heishi beads.
