Sweet Salvaged Designs.

Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.

some idea's on layering

When layering in the winter months I start off with a thin t/shirt or thin long sleeve piece first, then add a dress and I often wear baggy pants under too or I'll add another loose fitting thin dress on top, as above. I like to mix textures , add a scarf or if you want to make it more casual add a denim jacket or leggings. You will probably have plenty already in your wardrobe that will match already. I also like to wear my converse boots or sneakers too. Experiment,  see what you like and feel comfortable in it. You can do it.
 add some denim
 .
 or casual toms.
 Boots.
scarves do wonders and just adds that finishing touch..
 add some jewelry.
add a crushed linen jacket, more textures.
