I have just joined Deryn Mentock's summer jewelry project, this is a challenge to work through all the projects in Mary Hettmansperger's book called "wrap, stitch, fold and rivet". this is my first piece I made using copper, old tin, clay cross and angel wing. This was fun and I look forward to doing the other projects.
I use mostly linens and cottons in my clothing, made for comfort and ease of wearing. Made for the women who wants to be different and stand out in a crowd. I also make mostly one of a kind jewellery pieces using mixed metals, vintage findings and repurposed pieces. email me at pippa.47@hotmail.com if you need any more information.
Sweet Salvaged Designs.
Thank you for visiting my blog, I make many OOAK jewellery pieces using vintage and mixed metals like copper, nickle, brass and steel. I like using rosary beads, MOP pieces, old brooches, medals, lockets and various found objects for whatever I think works best for the particular piece I am working on at the time. You can see me at the Kalamunda markets, held once a month on the first Saturday of each month and various other venues that I will post about. You may email me at quilt@touch88.com.au for any inquiries.
